Doug has more than 15 years of experience in the environmental management field. His experience includes working in private manufacturing, consulting, state government and local government.

Currently, he is the program manager for the Ozarks Center for Sustainable Solutions (OCSS) at Drury University, Springfield, Mo. OCSS provides technical assistance to businesses to identify and implement opportunities to reduce waste and raw material consumption, conserve energy and save money.
