Cindy is the assistant executive director for the Center for Workforce Development at Ozarks Technical Community College, Springfield. In addition to providing oversight for six business managers, she has guided the creation of the Transport Training Institute, Pre-Apprentice Electric Line program, a fully online Crisis & Disaster Management certificate and a “customized” college credit program where classes are held at the workplace and use customized examples to illustrate concepts.

Before joining OTC, Cindy worked in advertising and sales promotion for one of the largest food-marketing firms in the nation, taught in the Communications Department of Missouri State University and served in non-profit management.

She has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in organizational communications from MSU. She is active in numerous community organizations and professional associations.
